Job Title – Provider Network Specialist (Remote) | Pay Rate: $22–$25/hr (based on experience)

What will you be doing?

  • Prospect and recruit dental, vision, therapy, and medical providers into the network
  • Conduct outreach and negotiate contracts with providers and large groups
  • Run geographic access reports and perform market analysis to identify network gaps
  • Maintain provider relationships and ensure compliance throughout the contracting process
  • Educate providers on reimbursement models and portal functionality

What do you bring?

  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of experience in provider relations, network management, or sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
