Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU position requiring a minimum of 2 years' CVICU experience and an active SC or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting
- Cares for critically ill cardiac and vascular patients
- Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
- Standard 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- 13-week contract assignment
- Deliver advanced nursing care to cardiovascular ICU patients
- Role involves collaboration within a multidisciplinary intensive care team
- Follows facility and unit-specific protocols and safety standards
Requirements
- Active SC or compact state RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a CVICU setting
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Candidates must not be current employees of the specified health system and must not have been employed there within the previous 12 months
