CVICU RN – Prescreen + Auto Offer (Key Highlights) Experience: 2+ years CVICU required RTO: < 7 days | No holiday requests Radius Rule: 50 miles; cannot have worked (FT/PT/PRN) with CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity in past 1 year Unit: 12 beds | Ratios 1:1–1:2 (acuity-based) Certifications: BLS, ACLS Required Skills: IABP, CRRT, fresh open-heart (OHS) from OR, titrating drips Drips: Dex, Propofol, Dopamine, Neo, Epi, Levo, Insulin, Cardene Equipment: Vents, BiPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm, HiFlow | Nihon Kohden (in-room only) Monitoring: RNs read strips | No monitor techs | RT 24/7 (department-based) Schedule: 12-hr shifts (7–7) Weekends: 2 weekend shifts per pay period (not guaranteed EOW) Holidays: Required Call: Yes, max 3 per 12 weeks Floating: As needed to ICU/PCU/MS/Tele (both campuses) Other: Dysrhythmia exam required (80% within 2 attempts) | Navy blue scrubs Preferred: Impella experience | EMR: Cerner Travel Duo: Allowed (separate schedules & vehicles required)
