This position is for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient primary care within a collaborative health system at ThedaCare in Shawano, WI. Froedtert ThedaCare, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Shawano, WI location. This position allows for an opportunity to step into a traditional outpatient established practice with a collaborative and quality driven provider team.

Practice Highlights:
- Full-time opportunity to practice outpatient-based Family Medicine with procedural opportunities if desired
- 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
- Four-day workweek; 10-hour shifts
- 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
- Join an established team of 8 physicians and 9 APCs
- Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
- Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools
