We are seeking a dynamic Technical Program Product Manager to join our team, focusing on delivering engaging technical sessions at events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about cloud computing and event management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key liaison between engineering teams, content creators, and event speakers to ensure seamless communication and execution of technical sessions.
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of hands-on sessions, managing workflows from inception to completion.
  • Translate technical requirements for various stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding across diverse teams.
  • Monitor session performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance participant experiences.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and best practices for event speakers and team members.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud computing concepts, particularly in generative AI technologies.
  • Proven experience in technical program or product management, with a track record of successful project execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a knack for managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with large-scale technical events or workshops, enhancing hands-on learning experiences.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and database applications, such as Airtable or Excel.
  • Relevant AWS certifications that demonstrate expertise in cloud technologies.
