Orthopedic Surgeon opportunity to join established group in western NY community near the beautiful Finger Lakes region. Sports medicine will be considered if candidate is willing to do general ortho, as well. Advanced Practice Providers assist in the office, OR and hospital and take first call. Radiology tech on site, as well as 2 certified athletic trainers. Currently, orthopedic ER and weekend call taken by hospital orthopedic service. Call will be shared equally for 1:4. This will include a great compensation package with full benefits, CME, relocation, malpractice insurance, and more. Nice community setting with lots of recreation and affordable living. Easy drive to Erie, PA or Buffalo, NY. Can sponsor both H1 and J1 candidates.

Minimum Salary Range: $575,000 | Maximum Salary Range: $641,666
