Work Experience:The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) provides necessary support to the OR, PACU and Day Surgery areas. He/she keeps assigned areas clean, sanitary, aseptic and attractive by following department cleaning procedures. The CST assists the staff with preparation of equipment and supplies needed for procedures. He/she may be asked to assist with clerical or other non-nursing administrative duties related to the department. The CST assumes other duties as assigned by the Director or designee Education: High School graduate or equivalent (GED)
License: CST Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
