- Credentialing: 45-60 days with clean file
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified in EM/FM/IM with 2 years EM experience required
- Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BALS required
- Licensure: Active LA state license, LA DEA and CS required for presentation
