Responsibilities:Direct High-Stakes Productions: Oversee large-scale event execution, managing diverse crews and serving as the primary authority on logistics, technical requirements, and project management.Technical Mastery: Apply a deep understanding of AV signal flow-encompassing video, audio, and control systems-to ensure seamless event delivery.Broadcast Expertise: Operate advanced production hardware, including professional switchers, audio consoles, encoders, and digital recording units.Virtual Integration: Expertly leverage video conferencing platforms to enhance live event accessibility and engagement.Content Direction: Facilitate the creation of internal and external media by directing asset switching and source management in real-time.Collaborative Planning: Partner with stakeholders to develop comprehensive runs-of-show, presentation decks, and timelines while proactively mitigating technical risks.Crisis Management: Resolve complex technical challenges under pressure, leading multiple teams across various studio and field environments.Process Optimization: Refine and streamline production workflows to maintain peak efficiency and high quality standards.Stakeholder Relations: Act as the central point of contact for partners, utilizing superior communication skills to manage expectations and deliverables.
