Nurse Practitioner / Psychiatry / Outpatient
We are seeking a qualified PMHNP-BC for an immediate opening. Our Client is dedicated to patient wellness by providing the best comprehensive healthcare services.
Our Client offers the following benefits:
- $120,000.00 Annual Salary, based on experience
- $10 per encounter for every encounter greater than 360 encounters per month
- Up to $23,000 a year based on quality goals performance based bonus
- CME: Up to $1,500 per year reimbursement
- License & Association Fees: Up to $1,500 per year reimbursement
- NP Collaborative Agreement: $1,000 per KBN agreement annually up to $5000
- Health, Dental, Vision & Life Organization pays a portion of all
- 401k $1 for $1 match on first 3% of income and .50 cents for $1 on 4 and 5% for a max match at 4% of your income. This is a Safe Harbor Plan so you are vested on the company match immediately
- 240 hours of PTO (PTO must be used for any CME absence)
- 9 Paid Holidays (including your birthday)
- Earn additional extended illness time: caps at 6 weeks
- Loan Repayment: NHSC loan eligibility

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
We are seeking a qualified PMHNP-BC for an immediate opening. Our Client's mission is to provide the community with high-quality, affordable healthcare. With their loyal patient base, they have come to expect same-day appointments, high quality of care, and kindness from every provider and staff member. Additional responsibilities and requirements for the PMHNP-BC include:
- Call Rotation: Not required at this time
- Saturday: Not required at this time
- Typical Schedule: 5 days per week (total working hours of 40, of that 36 required direct patient contact hours), or alternate agreed upon schedule.
- Production Goals: Average daily patient volume >18 Requirements:
Requirements:
- Preferred experience level 2-3 years in pediatric and adolescents.
- Active and Current Kentucky License
Locations: Split time between Covington, Newport and Florence as demand dictates. These HealthPoint offices are within a 15 minute commute from one another.
