The Medication Technician provides personal care, medication assistance, and support to senior residents in a healthcare setting. They collaborate with nursing staff to monitor and update resident care plans and encourage participation in daily activities. This role requires certification as a Medication Aide and focuses on enhancing seniors' well-being in a supportive community environment.

Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
Salary range: USD $21.00 - USD $24.25 /Hr.
Compensation Disclosure:
$20.50-$23.50/hour

Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

You're certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, RI, PA, VA) .
