TRC Staffing is hiring an experienced Flexographic Press Operator for a premier client in the Printing Manufacturing industry located in Asheboro, NC. This is a temp-to-hire machine operator opportunity with a competitive wage and excellent growth potential.
Pay, Benefits, & Work Environment
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience (DOE).
Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shift (7:30 PM - 7:30 AM) on a 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule.
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire.

Required Skills and Must-Haves
3+ years of Flexo Press Operating experience is mandatory.
Must have Printing Manufacturing background.
Must have Flexo Graphic press operating skills.
Must be able to work the 12-hour night shift (7:30 PM - 7:30 AM) on the 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to set up, operate, and maintain print presses.
Key Responsibilities
As a crucial Machine Operator, you will perform essential duties in a fast-paced environment:
Set up and Run advanced flexo graphic print presses based on detailed job specifications.
Perform rigorous quality checks and measurements on printed materials.
Mix and dispense inks, prepare materials, and accurately scan printing components.
Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of presses and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Mentor entry-level operators and perform troubleshooting of technical and operational issues.
Follow all safety and standard operational procedures within the printing facility.
