PRACTICE SPECIFICS: - Services include joint replacement, Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, and orthopedic trauma
- Practice includes 2 full-time surgeons and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians based in Detroit Lakes
- Weekly schedule consists of clinic and surgery in Detroit Lakes and outreach to 1 other practice location Park Rapids and Fosston
- Primary Orthopedic Call is covered by an APC with surgeons providing secondary call. Primary Access to PACS system and EMR from home greatly reduces time in facility after hours
- Collaboration with orthopedic teams at Health Network, in both Fargo and Duluth.
- Robust physical therapy and occupational therapy departments complement orthopedics
- Affiliated hospital employs dedicated/fulltime ED and hospitalist physicians
