Step into a highly specialized, rewarding area of nursing on our16-bed Plastic Surgery & Limb Salvage Unit, where expert care, innovation, and teamwork come together to change lives. This unit featuresall-private roomsand advanced monitoring, includingcontinuous pulse oximetry, allowing nurses to deliver exceptional post-operative care to patients undergoing some of the mostcomplex and impactful surgical procedures.

Nurses on 5 Bles care for patients recovering fromreconstructive plastic surgery,diabetic limb salvage procedures(including advanced reconstructive flaps),complex wound management, andsurgical wound care. This is a unit where your assessment skills, critical thinking, and clinicalexpertisetruly matter—and where you can see the tangible results of your care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyze trends and changes in patient status and plan appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.

• Clinical Nursing Experience required.

• Active DC RN License required.

• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross) required.

This position has a hiring range of : USD $41.77 - USD $63.66 /Hr.
