We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our people operations at our Tulsa manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment and is passionate about building a strong, engaged employee culture.
You will manage and develop an established HR team of 5, partnering closely with plant leadership to ensure best-in-class HR practices, compliance, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop an existing HR team of five professionals

Build and sustain a strong, positive employee culture aligned with company values

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations

Own and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and processes

Oversee safety-focused HR practices in a manufacturing environment, in close partnership with EHS and operations

Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and succession planning efforts

Drive engagement initiatives, training programs, and leadership development

Manage sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications & Experience

Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience

Manufacturing background strongly with a solid understanding of safety and compliance expectations

Proven experience leading and developing HR teams

Strong working knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment law

Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence leaders, and create a strong employee culture

Confident, approachable leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
