A Skilled Nursing Home in Darlington, SC is looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract position. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and work in a fast paced setting. The client is seeking a 13 week contract with the potential to extend. They would prefer someone with previous Skilled Nursing Home, Long Term Care, or Geriatric Experience. The schedule will be 8 Hour Days Monday through Friday. This is an immediate need and the client is actively interviewing. Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Float: Darlington, SC and Loris, SC
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Preferred Qualifications
Proper State License
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
Rehab Optima (Net Health)
Negative COVID 19 test required (usually within 7-10 days of start)
COVID-19 Vaccination card/documentation - No Declinations Accepted
