Job Details:
• Administer radiation treatments to patients with cancer following radiation oncologist's treatment plans
• Operate and maintain radiation machines with precision and safety protocols
• Ensure correct patient positioning for optimal treatment delivery
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions during treatment sessions
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records
• Provide patient education and emotional support throughout treatment process
• Use communication systems to stay in contact with patients while in treatment room
• 2+ years of experience required
• ARRT (T) certification required
• Skills checklist completed within one year of application preferred
• No on-call responsibilities
• No weekend requirements
