Hybrid telehealth + in-clinic; Mon–Thu 9:00–17:00, Fri 9:00–13:30; ~25 patients/day; adults 18+; assignment length variable (locum). Location: Arizona. Comprehensive benefits and 401(k). • Board certification (NP) required
• Minimum 2 years pain management experience
• Competent with trigger point and joint steroid injections
• Ability to manage 15-minute follow-up visits
• Eligible for state licensure and malpractice coverage
