Our client, is seeking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to provide full-time support onsite. You'll collaborate with management and cross-functional team to manage inventory operations, ensure accurate stock handling, and support product distribution and services onsite.
Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Pay Range: $25/hr. to $30/hr.
What’s the Job?
- Receive incoming goods- verify, count, and store stock accurately
- Fulfill client orders within specified timelines and service standards
- Expertly operate WMS and related software tools
- Assist with local deliveries and product movement across client site; safely operate company vehicle
- Perform cycle counts and stock checks routinely; identify and resolve inventory issues
What’s Needed?
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to anticipate needs of client
- Previous experience in warehouse operations and spare parts management preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Forklift license and experience highly desirable
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems; SAP experience is a plus
