Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent hospital experience for a 13-week rehabilitation assignment.
Responsibilities
- Position is in a general rehab services unit within a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule from 08:00 to 16:30
- Assignment is 13 weeks in length
- Requires working 6 weekend days over the 13-week period
- No call required
- Holiday shifts rotate with other staff
- May need to float onsite within skill set or to other sites within 40 miles as needed
- Responsibilities include providing patient care across assigned rehab service areas
- Participation in rotating holiday coverage is required
- Floating to other sites within a 40-mile radius may occur based on staffing needs
- Local candidates are accepted but may be offered a reduced pay rate according to the facility's radius rule
- COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this assignment
- Auto-offer process is in place for qualifying candidates
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital experience as a Physical Therapist
- Current BLS certification required
- ARDMS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
