Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse support team supporting inventory management and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Wendell, NC

Pay Range: $19.00-$20.50

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd 

What's the Job?

  • Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts in high traffic and narrow aisle areas
  • Unload, receive, and physically handle production materials, recording transactions in SAP system
  • Count, verify, and document incoming materials accurately
  • Pick and prepare materials for internal and external customers using RF scanners
  • Perform daily cycle counts and ensure proper packing and shipping of materials

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license to operate forklift equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and safely
