Lake Granbury Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist to join a well-established, busy, and growing GI program in the heart of Granbury, Texas. This hospital-employed position offers a strong referral base, a collaborative medical community, and the opportunity to help expand advanced GI services in a vibrant, historic lakeside town with easy access to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Opportunity Highlights- Hospital-employed position with a stable GI service line
- Bread-and-butter GI + ERCP strongly preferred
- Call: Minimum 10 days/month + 1 weekend
Team Structure:- 1 full-time GI NP
- General surgeons also perform some screening colonoscopies
- 1.4 FTE GI physicians
Clinic & Procedure Workload:
- Clinic volume: 20-22 patients/day scheduled (17-20 seen due to no-shows)
- Procedure volume: 19-20 GI cases/day
Scope of Practice & Program Development:- EGDs and colonoscopies for all GI physicians
- Interest in expanding services: ERCP, manometry, and reinstating capsule endoscopy
- Opportunity to help shape a diversified and growing GI program
Research Opportunities:
- Participate in ongoing clinical research and trials to advance GI innovation and patient care.
