Premium pay $240/hr for 7-on/7-off inpatient psychiatry shifts. Locum or permanent Psychiatrist role in Missouri; inpatient hospital (60 beds), 18–20 patients/day; schedule: 7 on/7 off; contract: locum-tenens or permanent; EMR: Epic. - Active DEA and BLS - Eligible for IMLC - Prior hospital psychiatry experience preferred - Board certified/eligible Psychiatrist - Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care to patients in an inpatient hospital setting
• Manage a caseload of 18-20 patients per day in a 60-bed facility
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR system (Epic)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:

• Active DEA and BLS certifications
• Eligible for IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact)
• Prior experience in a hospital setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
