CVICU RN *3X12 nights, weekdays, weekends Ratio: 1:2 (this is based on acuity – the unit could have overflow patients at times warranting step down level of care) *Must be experienced in direct fresh open-heart admissions from OR, pressure monitoring, and Swan-Ganz management, Impella monitoring, CRRT.
Experience required: 2+ year; *Must be experienced in direct open heart admissions from OR, cardiac surgery skills
