Position and Benefits: Focus: Pain management, Migraines, Alzheimer's, Epilepsy, Parkinson's Salary: $290K for the first six months, with adjustments based on scheduling growth Contract: 2-year commitment (90-day exit notice) Options: W-2 full-time or 1099 independent contractor Housing Stipend: $600/month, payable to the rental or housing authority (not the doctor), for housing within 10 miles of 85004 Clinic Ownership: Potential after four years, contingent on performance Practice Autonomy: Independent practice without hospital bureaucracy.
