We are hiring a Full-Time Permanent CRNA for a full-time permanent opportunity with a well established small hospital system in Picturesque eastern Oregon! This CRNA will be joining our team of (1 MDA and 5 CRNA's)!
This provider will be working in a growing and expanding Level 4 Trauma Center with a Critical Access Hospital! This provider will get to be part of history as we open a new 92,000 sq ft facility housing new OR suite to house 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre/post op rooms, and 7 PACUs.
This provider will get to enjoy a 4-10's work schedule per week. This is a 5 FTE group with 1 CRNA float who providers pain management services. Fantastic Team Environment with an Epic EMR!
Compensation and Benefits:- Very competitive total compensation opportunity (270k+) which includes: Quality incentives up to $20,000 annually, Call back pay and much more!
