A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) providing anesthesia care in a critical access hospital with a flexible 4-day workweek and no call requirements. Responsibilities include administering anesthesia for a variety of surgeries such as orthopedic, general surgery, OB/GYN, and endoscopy, managing 2-4 operating rooms per day with autonomy alongside a support team. This role requires Oregon CRNA licensure and relevant certifications, offering travel accommodations for a long-term 3-6 month assignment.

Practice Setting:
- Critical Access Hospital
- Mix of Inpatient & Outpatient cases
- Average 5 20 cases/day; anesthesia covers 2 4 rooms/day
- Support team includes 1 MD and 4 autonomous CRNAs
Schedule:
- 4 days per week
- 10-hour shifts
- Ongoing availability preferred
Procedures and Cases:
- Ortho, General Surgery, Podiatry, ENT, Healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, Endoscopy
- Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, Ultrasound-Guided Procedures
- No Heads, Hearts, or Spine
Requirements:
- Oregon CRNA license
- ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications; DEA preferred
- COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption
