Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Outpatient Services contract, requiring a GA or compact RN license and at least 2 years of specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is in an outpatient setting specializing in arthritis and total joint care
- Eight-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- 13-week contract assignment
- No on-call responsibilities
- Local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible
- Must be able to work at least one major holiday (Christmas Day or New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve) during the contract
- Returning permanent staff must have a 2-year break before being considered as travelers
- Requested time off must be submitted upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
- Dress code and team structure details will be provided during onboarding
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the relevant specialty
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
