The need arises due to a transition in staffing, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Anesthesiologist to join our dedicated team. As part of a hospital-based practice setting, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. Practice Setting: Hospital Based Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 80 Supervision of CRNAs: Not Required Number of Anesthesiologists in Practice: 20 Patient Age Demographic: 16+ Number of Operating Rooms: 14 Required Procedures: As a Locum Anesthesiologist, you'll be responsible for administering anesthesia and managing patients throughout various surgical procedures, including but not limited to: General Surgical Cases (Adult) Minor Nerve Blocks IV Regional Anesthesia Thoracic Cases (Except Open Heart) Complex Orthopedic Cases Spinal Anesthesia Regional Anesthesia Neurosurgical Cases Acute Pain Management Procedures Submission Requirements: To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesia: Required Florida License: Required ACLS, BLS Certification: Required Provider Must be Local Why Choose Us: Our facility is committed to providing exceptional patient care, and we value our locum providers' contributions.
