This position is for a Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician to diagnose, prescribe, and monitor medications for mental health patients within an integrated healthcare team in Tampa, FL. The role includes direct patient care, coordinating with primary care physicians, and participating in quality improvement and peer review activities. The psychiatrist must hold a valid Florida medical license, DEA certification, and maintain hospital privileges while managing an average of 18-20 patients per day.
Client seeks a Psychiatrist for a permanent position. The position is in the Tampa, FL area. You would be a part of the integrated model of healthcare, the psychiatrist diagnoses, prescribes medication, monitors medication side effects and participates in the treatment proves in the field of mental health. The psychiatrist functions in accordance with plans and policies established and performs duties within the medical setting as a member of the care team.

- Oversees broad range of the organizations treatment modalities performed by both psychiatrists and other health professionals for the benefit of the mentally ill
