Full time opportunity in northern Boston suburb for an experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant.

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• 1-2 yrs of Hospitalist exp required
• No specific procedural requirements
• Available shifts include - 10 or 12 hours shifts - swing shifts or night shifts
• 14-16 shifts a month
• No call requirements
• Rounding 4-8 patients, admission shifts 4-7 admissions, CC during the day usually 10-50 patients but avg is usually 25-40 patients, overnight CC usually 60-80 patients
• Salaried position with full comprehensive benefits package - pay is by shift worked
• Must be flexible and able to shift roles to accommodate needs of the team, cool under pressure, patient-focused, comfortable with students being around
