A cardiovascular surgeon provides specialized surgical care in a hospital-employed practice, covering two hospitals with a 1:3 call schedule. The role involves performing common cardiac and thoracic surgeries such as CABGs, valve repairs, lobectomies, and carotid procedures, with assistance from a nurse practitioner and access to a hybrid OR with DaVinci Robot technology. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including malpractice coverage, relocation, and signing bonuses, and is open to Board Eligible or Board Certified candidates.
Join one physician in hospital-employed practice.
Call of 1:3.
Cover two hospitals including a hospital in Oxford and a hospital in Columbus.
10 days per month of hospital call coverage in total.
A nurse practitioner who assists with hospital rounding.
Hybrid OR with DaVinci Robot access.
Bread and butter cardiac/thoracic cases to include CABG's, valves, lobectomies, and carotids.
J1 H1 eligible.
Excellent income package, including malpractice, relocation, and signing bonus.
Board Eligible or Board Certified candidates only.
