Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Practice Setting: inpatient, outpatient
Type of cases and required procedures: General Hematology - Oncology Cases
Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): MOSAIQ
Certifications required: Board Certified and Basic Life Support
Licensure required: Idaho/ Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
