The Project Manager supports order fulfillment from sale through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role partners closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, and customers to ensure accurate execution, clear communication, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage projects from order entry through completion, confirming cost, scope, and schedule feasibility
• Review new projects to identify and resolve estimate, timeline, or scope conflicts
• Verify technical requirements align with quotes, drawings, and customer specifications; partner with engineering as needed
• Purchase materials and components per General Arrangement drawings; manage inventory and indirect purchasing
• Review Bills of Materials to ensure project readiness and material accuracy
• Open and maintain project records across required systems
• Coordinate with Production to ensure schedules are met and technical questions are resolved
• Perform month-end invoicing and general ledger reconciliation
• Provide backup support for payroll approvals
• Support ISO 9001 compliance and documentation
• Participate in safety programs and follow safe work practices
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing project management, purchasing, or a related role
• Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables), Word, Outlook, and Project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to customer, vendor, and internal meetings as needed
