These hospital-employed roles provide a rare combination of autonomy, high patient volume, and work-life balancewith generous compensation and strong clinical support.
Opportunity Highlights

- Schedule: 4-day workweek (36 clinical hours)
- Patient volume: 18+ per day

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Indefinite base salary
- Bonus: Quality and productivity incentives; average annual bonus $10,000$25,000; realistic income $300,000+ after year three
- Sign-On Bonus: $40,000
- Time Off: 5 weeks PTO + 5 CME days with 6k allowance
- CME Allowance: $6,000 annually
- Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 403(b) with match; tail coverage included
