Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 9a-5p with 1 hour lunch; need Thursdays every other week Practice Setting: Outpatient Scope: Physical Medicine Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks State Licensure: Active State License Requirements: Provider must be experienced in the following procedures to be a qualified candidate for the job: cervical/lumbar facet injections, cervical/lumbar ESIs/tfesi injections, SI joint medial branch blocks, nerve root injections Facility Location The fourth largest city in Missouri, Independence is known as the "Queen City of the Trails."
