We are seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner for a 30-day locum tenens assignment in Ohio, starting Feb 23, 2026. This role offers a dynamic schedule with 8a-4p shifts, nightly call from 4p-8a, and 24-hour weekend call two weekends per month. The selected candidate will play a key role in patient care, including pre-op physical exams, coordination of care, and rounding.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform suture removal
- Diagnose and treat illnesses
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Write prescriptions
- Coordinate patient care
- Conduct rounding on patients
- Complete pre-operative physical exams
Additional Information
- Active Ohio NP license required
- Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- 100 percent clean background required; no exceptions
- Prior training and relevant experience required
