Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position with strong EPIC charting skills and a minimum of one year of Cath Lab nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Cath Lab setting of an acute care hospital
- Supports procedures including coronary, PCI, structural heart interventions, device implants, and EP
- Shifts are 4x10 hour days, typically 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- EPIC charting system is used and experience is preferred
- Participate in modules and orientation onsite during initial training
- No more than 3 days of requested time off will be automatically approved
- No RTO will be granted during the first week of orientation
- Travel pairs or groups are not accepted for this assignment
Requirements
- Active ID or Compact RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required
- At least 1 year of Cath Lab nursing experience is required
- EPIC charting experience is preferred but not required
- Candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility for travel consideration
- Former permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before applying as a traveler
