JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provider must have experience in practice in outpatient primary care as the Littleton office is more independent coverage
• Split office locations between Whitefield and Littleton
• Postitions to start ASAP for a (3) three month duration, with possibility of extention until permanant needs are met
• Due to current NH licensing challenges and delays a NH license is preferred Temp licenses are not accepted.

Primary Care:

• Family Practice - pediatric through geriatric.
• High elderly population with multiple comorbidities
• Monday through Friday 8a-5p (would consider 4 days, 32 hrs/wk)
• 36 patient care hours, 4 hours of admin built into schedule
• 20-24 patients per day
• EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
• Supported by an RN Team leader and designated MA
