This long-term locum tenens position offers the flexibility of covering weekend shifts. This unique position offers the chance to make a significant impact while enjoying a call-only schedule: Focused Inpatient Call: Provide essential after-hours call coverage for inpatients with cardiovascular conditions, managing an average of 10-15 patients per shift. Weekend shifts begin at 5:00 pm on Friday and conclude at 8:00 am on Monday. Collaboration is Key: Work alongside a team of cardiologists, hospitalists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Streamlined Workflow: Utilize the familiar Epic electronic medical record system for documentation and patient management.
