Schedule:
- Every other weekend
- One major holiday required
- 72 hours biweekly guaranteed

BILH is seeking experienced Emergency Department RNs for rotating evening and night shifts. This role requires strong clinical judgment, comfort with adult and pediatric emergencies, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced ED environment.
Candidates must hold an active Massachusetts RN license at time of submission and meet all certification requirements.
Experience Requirements- 2+ years recent Emergency Department RN experience
- Strong assessment, prioritization, and emergency response skills
- Must not have worked for any BILH facility (travel, perm, or per diem) within the last 6 months
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS or ENPC (equivalency accepted)
Preferred:
- TNCC
- MAB
- Rotating EVE/Night shifts required (no straight shifts)
- Weekend and holiday coverage required
- All requested time off must be submitted up front
- No floating outside the ED
- MA RN license must be active at submission
- Nurse Manager will reach out directly to schedule interview
- Candidate must monitor email closely for interview coordination
