Job Description

As a Security Officer - Defense Dispatch Security Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and coordinate security-related activities while providing outstanding customer service. You will help to deter incidents through routine patrols and by maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do:

Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate response activities as needed.
Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with site-specific procedures and access control requirements.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
Maintain detailed logs and records of all activities, incidents, and communications within the dispatch area.
Communicate with on-site security-related personnel to relay information and updates regarding incidents or requests for assistance.
Assist in implementing emergency response procedures when appropriate, including coordination with external agencies as directed.
Conduct periodic checks of security-related systems and equipment to help to deter unauthorized activity within the location.
Support Allied Universal management and site leadership with additional tasks as assigned, in accordance with site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
