Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Jackson, GA. We seek a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility setting.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Georgia OT license required to start the assignment.
  • Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required. Preferred: 1+ year of SNF experience delivering evaluations, treatment plans, and functional interventions.
  • Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems. Preferred: experience with MDS or Medicare-focused documentation.
  • Demonstrated competency with assistive devices, ADL retraining, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and families.
