What You'll Be Doing
Assist in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing plant equipment and machinery.
Learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance.
Support senior mechanics in equipment installations and upgrades.
Participate in safety training and follow all safety protocols.
Document maintenance activities and report equipment performance issues.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Willingness to work in physically demanding conditions.
Basic understanding of tools and mechanical systems.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
