Opportunity:
RN - OR Inpatient
Job Details:
• Provide nursing care for operating room inpatient services
• Minimal call schedule - approximately 1 weeknight per week and weekend call every 6 weeks
• Consistent weekly work schedule
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients
• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs
• Formulate and implement care plans utilizing assessment data and patient/family input
• Coordinate care and delegate activities to healthcare team members
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
• Provide direct patient care based on physician orders and nursing care plans
• Evaluate patient progress and response to treatment
• Must possess current valid RN license in Colorado or compact RN licensure
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required
• Experience must include working in acute care setting within past 12 months
• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred
• Must maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations
