Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring an AL or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
- Day shifts from 06:30 to 19:00
- 13-week travel contract
- Direct patient care for laboring mothers and newborns
- Travelers must live more than 50 miles from the facility
- RTO (Requested Time Off) must be less than 1 week
- Past permanent staff of CHS facilities not eligible unless separated for at least 2 years
- No Canadian Social Security Numbers accepted
- Must provide copies of credentials and government-issued ID upon acceptance
Requirements
- Active AL or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- No certifications may expire within 30 days of start date
