Job Details:
• Work in 20-bed Critical Care Unit with 1:2 patient ratio
• Must be willing to float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed
• Weekend and holiday shifts as required
• 8-hour non-billable orientation provided
• Personal scrubs of any color required for dress code
• 2 years current Critical Care experience required
• Experience with ventilators, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring required
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
• Must have own vehicle - firm requirement
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• Massachusetts RN license required
• Current Critical Care skills checklist within 1 year required
• Supervisory reference from within past two years required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred
• Maximum 5 days requested time off accepted, must be noted at upload
• Block scheduling not available
• 36-hour guarantee not available
