- Level 1 Trauma cases and emergency consults
Requirements
- Active Illinois medical license required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- Minimum of 24 months of specialty experience
- Valid ACLS, BLS, and CSR certifications
Credentialing Requirements
- Standard 90-day timeframe for full files
- Temporary privileges available for qualified candidates
