Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Provide nursing care for medical/surgical patients with telemetry monitoring
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alarms
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Assess patient conditions and document care provided
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the shift
• Follow hospital protocols and procedures for med/surg/tele unit operations
