StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;On Call Pay Rate: $322.04 - $348.60

This facility is seeking a Hematology-Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm and call one week per month
Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
Types of Cases: 100% adult 100% clinic; 40% hematology 60% oncology
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days from completed credentialing packet
Requirements: Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology and Active California license,must have inpatient activity log for last 2 years for hospital privileges
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech
